Friday is the “Night of Positive Images” with pageantry of the Royal Court “Honors Spot Light” Encouragement Ceremony, Parade of the Ancestors ancient African history coming to life before our eyes through the Parade of the Ancestors from ancient Kemet to Paul Cuffe and closing with a dynamic Keynote Speaker on Reclaiming our Tools. Doors open at 5:30pm with music African Fashion show, exotic vendors for shopping and informational resource booths. Show 6:30pm to 9pm. $35 Donation for tickets

Saturday is the “Day & Night of Positive Challenges”

11am Mr. Black Culture Art & Talent SD and Dr. Wendy Dorsey opening of the African Market Place with live deejays playing Afro Beats music, creative and exotic vendors, information booths, community highlights and the Royal Court Crowning of Queens, unveiling of new Black Stamp by US Postal Service, (FREE)

1pm: Youth Play: The Principle of the Matter through music, dance & drama community youth share the importance of principles to make up for unfair diabolical disadvantages in health, economics and justice. $10

2pm: Power of Dance: Discussion, demonstrations, showcases and W, African Dance workshop for all. (FREE)

4pm: Open Mic Culture, Art & Talent showcasing opportunity, (FREE)

5pm: Discussion: Afro Beat history and how it’s vibration can be used to motivate culture, art and talent in the (9) Blocks with music and dance. Interview and Panel Discussion, including Panelist: Makeda Dred, Najite Agindotan, Cheryl Morrow, and more.. Donation for ticket includes guaranteed or VIP seating at following concert finale.$15

6pm: “Najite & Olokun Prophecy” concert including Drum, Dance Afro Beat and Beats Music and Celebration Party in the park. (FREE)

6/30/2026 Sunday is the “Day of Rejuvenation” (ENTIRE DAY FREE)

1:30pm: Mr. Black C.A.T. San Diego 2024, reopening of the African Marketplace including African music, cultural atmosphere, Royal Elders Village with pampering, massages and special care for guest 60+.

2:30pm: Seasoned Senior Citizen Guys & Dolls Style & Fashion Show,

3pm Gospel Music & Praise Dance for hand clapping foot stomping spiritual rejuvenation.
