Work Out Wednesdays

 

Every Wednesday 5pm to 6:30pm

Starting date May 20th in the 9 Blocks at the Marie Widman Park for working out and then walking 5:30pm. Stretch & Yoga sessions available between 4:30pm and 5pm Work It Out Wednesdays before the walk, weather permitting. Healthy, Active, Fit physical activity & wellness group movement for everyone elders, beginners to the advanced, walking, running opportunities, yoga, stretching, sharing nutrition, health information & resources, creative movement & fitness leadership ( warm up and movement 4:30pm to 5pm by appt. and open Walking 5pm to 6pm May 20th, from 69th and Imperial to 61st and back to the park for cool down and support resources
